Slaughterhouse

We are controling production processes from slaughter to meat distribution, storage and sale to customers every day to improve the quality we provide. Animal transport distances mean that the time taken to transport animals to the slaughterhouse does not exceed 8 hours, ensuring their welfare throughout the movement.

We who work with animals and produce meat always pay attention to animal welfare. Animals are handled calmly, without stress and with great responsibility. The company has three official veterinarians on a daily basis, which guarantees that the production process is appropriate and that all operations with live animals also comply with legal requirements.

Meat cutting

Part of animal carcases slaughtered in the company are deboned and cut in our cutting line workshop. Customer orders are fulfilled by highly qualified butchers and meat specialists. In order to ensure consistently high product quality, meat-cutting shop constantly ensures low temperature of up to + 12 ° C. There are various types of carcass distribution, various assortment and type of packaging. Some of the cut meat is sold chilled to + 4 ° C, but some is frozen to -18 ° C, ensuring a longer expiration date.

Realization

The assortment is very diverse. We sell chilled and frozen animal carcasses, beef cuts, packaged meat and offal, beef and sheep stomachs as specific food products. Part of our production is intended for further industrial processing  in Latvian and European companies, as well as directly for meat consumers in shops, markets and restaurants.

Wild animal processing

We specialize in the processing of farmed wild animals and wild animals. We accept deer, elk and deer carcasses for processing from hunting cooperatives and breeders. We buy meat or provide processing services. Processed, cut and packaged meat is delivered to the customer. When accepting wild animals for processing, the terms of hunting and other conditions specified by law are strictly observed.
